The engagement

One team. Four markets, full stack.

Home Music Teachers connects students with independent music teachers across European markets. The .de site launched first; we joined to manage it and develop it further. Over time the engagement expanded to include three additional market launches, .at, .ch, and .nl, each with their own localisation requirements and editorial structures.

The .nl launch introduced a bilingual requirement: Dutch and English content from a single WordPress installation. The technical challenge was building a language layer the content team could operate without raising a support ticket every time they needed to add or edit content in either language.

In parallel, we built the full acquisition and onboarding stack: paid ads driving to a Typeform teacher signup flow, conversion optimization across landing pages and forms, a chatbot to qualify prospective student leads before routing to a human, and CRM connectivity across both flows.

Four-country network from one codebase

Home Music Teachers operates a teacher marketplace across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Rather than running four independent sites, the network shares a common WordPress codebase with market-specific themes, content structures, and localisation layers, keeping development overhead low as the network expands.

Paid ads to Typeform: the teacher acquisition funnel

Teacher supply is the growth constraint in a marketplace. We built and managed the paid acquisition funnel: ads driving directly to a Typeform teacher signup flow, with conversion optimization across every step from ad landing page to form completion. Analytics instrumented before running any paid spend so cost per qualified teacher application was measurable from day one.

CRO: forms, landing pages, and funnel diagnosis

Conversion work ran across both the teacher acquisition funnel and the student side. Heatmap and session analysis identified drop-off points in the signup and contact flows. Form field reduction, CTA copy, and page structure changes were tested and validated against qualified lead outcomes, not page views.

Chatbot & CRM. the full onboarding stack

A chatbot handles lead qualification for prospective students before routing to a human. Typeform-based teacher onboarding captures teacher profiles, runs qualification logic, and syncs directly to the CMS. Both flows connect to the client CRM, giving the team a single source of qualified lead data across the network.
