Who is responsible for your data
Some Tech Work operates this website. We are the controller for personal data submitted via sometech.work and by email. Questions about this notice: email us.
What we process
- Email to us: address, message content, and technical metadata from your provider.
- Forms on the site: fields you submit (name, company, role, message). Server-side storage is documented here as it goes live.
- Website use: IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs (operation, security, aggregated statistics).
- Cookies: non-essential cookies only with notice and, where required, consent.
Legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Contract or pre-contractual steps when you request a project.
- Legitimate interest in secure operation and abuse detection.
- Consent for optional analytics, if enabled.
- Legal obligations where applicable.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Use privacy requests or the email above.
Processors and third countries
We use selected providers (hosting, email, analytics after consent). Current processors:
- Supabase: Inquiry intake, database storage, and edge function execution (EU region by default.)
- Resend: Transactional email delivery for inquiry notifications (US processing possible; EU Standard Contractual Clauses and consent gating where required.)
- Google Tag Manager: Analytics tag orchestration after explicit consent only (US processing possible; EU Standard Contractual Clauses and consent gating where required. Loads only after analytics consent.)
International transfers use appropriate safeguards (for example SCCs) where EU personal data is processed outside the EEA.
